Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
