What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return period for all items purchased online, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks and pierced jewelry cannot be returned.

Can I have my shirt sleeves shortened?
We provide a professional sleeve alteration service for a small additional fee. Simply select the 'Alterations' option on the product page before adding the item to your bag.
How should I care for my non-iron shirts?
To maintain the non-iron properties, we recommend washing at 40 degrees, avoiding over-filling the machine, and hanging the shirt to air dry immediately after the cycle finishes.
